5. AI Data Processing

When you interact with our AI tutor, your messages and audio/MIDI inputs are processed to generate personalised responses and feedback. This data may be used to improve our AI models. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share personal data only with parties necessary to deliver the Service. These may include payment processors, cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, and email delivery services.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Tyga.Cloud Ltd and its users.
